These striped clip-on earrings are made of fused glass. They have orange and yellow stripes on a white background. They are cushion-shaped, and look warm and cheerful. Each pair is unique because the stripes will never be in the same place. This listing is for the pair shown in the pictures.

I fuse the glass myself in a kiln. Fusing glass is not an exact science. Since I individually make each glass cabochon each one is unique -- the two earrings will not be identical. It is normal for there to be small imperfections in the glass or to see occasional small bubbles in the glass. The glass is cooled slowly to give it strength and durability.

Though glass, it is almost 1/4" thick and quite strong. A quick online search indicates that compared to other clipons available, they are not overly heavy.
