Celebrate your independance with this contemporary link bracelet is red, white and blue. I make the links from fused glass. The length can be adjusted by adding or subtracting links. This bracelet is a perfect way to show your patriotic spirit on the 4th of July, Memorial Day, Election Day or to support the troops. Of course, not only are these the colors of the American flag, but also the Union Jack.
The bracelet as shown has 11 links and is just over 7" (approximately 18 cm) long. If you need a link removed or added, just let me know. Each link adds about 15 mm (just over 1/2") to the length.
I individually make all the links from fused glass. Because they are handmade, there may be slight variations in each one. After fusing in the kiln, I cool them slowly to give them maximum strength and durability. The glass is actually quite sturdy.
The last picture is a different bracelet, but it shows you what the back looks like.
The glass is glued securely to a chain. The metal is rhodium-plated base metal. Tip: If the links ever come unglued you can glue them on again with E6000 glue, which is widely available at craft stores or even major discount stores.
